FiiO M17

The FiiO M17 is FiiO's new flagship music player. The M17 is a Hi-Res and CPHA certified player and delivers an even higher sound quality compared to the previous AKM generation music players by FiiO. This full-featured FiiO music player from can handle virtually all existing file formats up to 32bit-768kHz in PCM and native DSD up to DSD512. Using the FiiO Music app, the music player supports All to DSD technology and fully unfolds Tidal MQA Masters.

Like its predecessor, FiiO's M17 music player comes in a CNC-manufactured casing with a beautiful honeycomb design. The player features a spacious 5.99-inch incell touchscreen with a built-in gyroscope for automatic portrait and landscape orientation. For intuitive operation, the music player also features conventional push buttons and an additional rotating volume knob.

High performance

Thanks to the custom Android 10 operating system and the powerful Snapdragon 660 processor, the player responds quickly to your commands. The music player is equipped with various streaming apps, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and FiiO Link. Easily stream music from your music server, TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify, Deezer or Apple AirPlay. Your digital music collection can be stored internally with a maximum storage capacity of 46GB or up to 2TB when using an SD card.

Twin DAC, Twin AMP music player

The modularly designed fully-balanced FiiO M17 is dual-mono built The circuit is equipped with two high-quality 8-channel ESS ES9038PRO DACs. Two powerful THX AAA-788+ amplifiers with a 5-stage gain and a power of no less than 3000mW per channel effortlessly drive headphones with an impedance of 16 to 600 Ohms.

The M17 is fitted with a single-ended 6.2mm and 3.5mm headphone jack and a balanced 2.5mm and 4.4mm Pentaconn connector. This eliminates the need for additional cable adapters. Thanks to two-way Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX, aptX HD, AAC, SBC and LDAC support, you can even use Bluetooth headphones. However you like to listen, the powerful 9200mAh Lithium Polymer battery with QC4.0 and PD3.0 Quick Charge guarantees over 10 hours of pure listening pleasure.

Indoor application

FiiO M17 has been developed for portable use, but is also suitable for stationary use at home. The M17 comes with an external charger/power supply unit providing a dual power supply. The player features a coaxial S/PDIF input and output, a USB-C 2.0 and 3.0 port for USB-audio purposes and can be connected to an XLR line input on your (pre)amp using a 4.4mm Pentaconn to XLR cable.

FiiO ships this premium M17 music player with a USB-C cable, a leatherette protective case and with a most convenient desk stand that is equipped with a built-in fan. This stand allows the player to be neatly placed on the desktop where it is effectively cooled while in use.

"Als je op zoekt ben naar een high-end muziekspeler die echt in elk scenario past, moet je niet verder kijken dan de FiiO M17. Het krachtige THX AAA-versterkergedeelte en het gesofistikeerd DAC-luik betekenen dat dit toestel kan wedijveren met heel veel grotere desktop-oplossingen. Zo moet je ook naar de prijs kijken. Het is een duurder apparaat als je het ziet als een mobiele speler, maar als totaaloplossing voor thuis is het weer een stukje redelijker.
