When ordering a product through our web shop, in the upper right corner you will notice the inventory status of ‘online’ and ‘shop’ stock of this particular product.
In stock: Online
When ordered on weekdays before 23:30 CET, the product is shipped for next day delivery in the Netherlands. Please check the estimated delivery time as listed in our web shop. To Belgium, Germany and other European countries shipping might take one or two additional days.
In stock: Shop
If you desire to collect your order at our store yourself, please check the ‘Collection in store’ option. We will have your order ready for pick up at the Wifimedia Experience Center in Arnhem. If the situation might occur that we run out of stock at the store, you will automatically receive a notification when your order is available for pick up. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.
How to order
Ordering a product through our web shop is safe and easy. Just press the ‘order’ button in the right upper corner on the product page and the product is automatically placed into the shopping cart. If you ordered multiple products, these are orderly listed in the shopping cart. Just click the cart button and add, delete or change the quantities of your entries. If you want to continue the order process or to check out, simply follow the on-screen instructions. Here you can also specify the preferred payment method.
Track and trace your order
Once the payment is processed, your order is registered for shipping. In this process a Track & Trace code is sent that enables you to check the shipment status and estimated time of delivery on the PostNL/DHL website*. If you are not at home when the driver is at your door to hand over the delivery, the driver will make attempts to deliver the packet with your order next door.
* For shipments outside of the Benelux, UPS takes care of all our shipments. We solely ship to countries that are members of the European Union (EU).
