On our website you can find different inventory statuses. The stock of the store and our online shop is shown for each product.

Ordered on weekdays before 23:30, Next day delivery (please check on item level delivery time).

For almost all product the rule is that if you order on weekdays before 23:30, your order will be delivered the next day in the Netherlands. To Belgium and other European countries shipping might take one or two extra days.

You can pick up this product directly from our store in Arnhem, you can also reserve the product through the website by "Collection in store" option.

If a product is out of stock at our store in Arnhem you will automatically receive notification when the product is ready to be picked up.

In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a track 'n trace code allowing you to track the shipment.

If the delivery takes place but you're not at home then the package, if possible, will be delivered next door.

Once the payment is processed, you will be informed and you will receive a track and trace code to track the parcel on the DHL website.
