Denon Home 550

Transform your living room into an impressive home cinema environment with this Denon Home 550 Dolby Atmos and DTS:X certified soundbar. This compact soundbar features HEOS multiroom streaming technology and provides you with access to tens of thousands of free Internet radio stations, online streaming services and your private digital music collection on music server or NAS.

This Denon Home 550 is fitted with two 19mm soft dome tweeters for a spacious and detailed stereo sound. Four 55mm full-range drivers provide a delightful three-dimensional sound experience and the 3 passive radiators deliver a room-filling bass. This makes the Home 550 the perfect AV add-on for gaming, watching movies and TV shows.

Connectivity

The soundbar is fitted with a wide range of in- and outputs and makes this Home 550 the perfect entertainment hub. The back panel features a 3.5mm AUX input to which you can connect analogue sources, an optical input for a game console or CD player and a functional USB port to which you can connect both a digital source and a USB storage device. Furthermore, the Soundbar is equipped with a network connection, HDMI in and output.

Simplicity

Operating this compact soundbar is fairly simple. Just connect your television set to the eARC/ARC HDMI input and easily operate the soundbar with the tv remote control. If you have connected the soundbar by Toslink or if you are using the soundbar standalone, then you can operate the soundbar using the Denon remote control. The soundbar can also be operated with the touch-sensitive display on the soundbar itself.

HEOS Streaming

With the HEOS smartphone app you can stream music from Spotify, Amazon Music HD, TIDAL, TuneIn and Deezer over the (wireless) network. Stream music from any other music app with Bluetooth and Airplay 2. By use of the HEOS app you can easily browse your private digital music collection. The soundbar supports highres files up to resolution of 24bit/192kHz in PCM and DSD up to 5.6MHz.

Mix and Match

Group the Home 550 with various HEOS components to play the same music streams throughout the whole HEOS ecosystem or combine the soundbar with a wireless Denon Home Subwoofer and use Denon Home 150, 250 or 350 wireless speakers as surround channels in a separate 5.1 environment. No matter what configuration you are going for, the HEOS ecosystem makes all your streaming dreams come to life.
