The SilentPower AC iPurifier 2 is designed to improve the quality of the mains power in your audio or video system. By actively removing unwanted noise from the power grid while also providing protection against power surges, the AC iPurifier 2 helps maintain optimal performance of connected equipment.

Active Noise Cancellation for the Power Grid

Instead of traditional passive filtering, the AC iPurifier 2 uses Active Noise Cancellation technology. Inspired by techniques from the military radar field, the system detects unwanted EMI and RFI noise in the power line and generates an opposing signal to actively neutralize it.

This can reduce background noise by up to 40 dB (100 times), resulting in a cleaner power supply for sensitive audio and video equipment.

Smart Diagnostics

The integrated LED indicators provide an at-a-glance overview of the quality of the power supply. Among other things, the AC iPurifier 2 monitors polarity, grounding, and general line voltage, making any issues quickly visible and easy to troubleshoot.

Protection Against Voltage Spikes

In addition to noise reduction, the AC iPurifier 2 features built-in surge protection. The system can absorb voltage spikes of up to 22,000 amps at 1,000 volts, helping to protect connected devices from harmful power surges and power grid disturbances.

Additional Support for Grounding

For systems experiencing hum or grounding issues, the AC iPurifier 2 features a special 4 mm ground connection. When used in combination with the SilentPower Groundhog+, unwanted noise can be safely dissipated, which can contribute to a quieter and cleaner sound.
