Refund Policy

Sometimes you may wish to return the product(s) you ordered to us because you are not satisfied with them. Of course, we do not make this difficult at all. You can register your return via your account.

Used and still returning?

Under the right of withdrawal, you may cancel the contract without giving reasons (the so-called cooling off period) and return a product to us within 30 days of receipt. The product may have been used for trial purposes during this period. The packaging may have been opened during this period. If the product and packaging are both undamaged Wifimedia will credit the full purchase value of the returned products within 10 working days.

Visible signs of use

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product has visible signs of use during the trial period, you may of course return the product to us within 30 days. However, we cannot refund the full purchase price. We will evaluate the product upon receipt and determine a partial refund after reasonableness.

The following criteria apply to a valuation:

You will always receive up to 75% of the original purchase price;
The product must be returned complete with retail packaging and all accessories;
More damage or more missing accessories will result in a lower refund.

There are some exceptions where the right of return is completely waived.

The product must not be damaged to the extent that its operation is impaired;
Televisions with more than 2 hours of playing time. This falls under unnecessary use;
Mounting a television on the wall also falls under unnecessary use and is therefore not allowed.

Some purchases can never be exchanged or returned.

Opened, installed or registered software (such as camera licenses);
Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as in-ear headsets and earbuds with opened packaging.
Any installation costs and costs charged for configuration or support are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are therefore not refundable.

Return Procedure

Indien je gebruik wilt maken van je herroepingsrecht om een bestelling te ruilen of te retourneren binnen de wettelijke afkoelingsperiode, adviseren wij de volgende procedure te volgen:

Verpak het product zorgvuldig in een omdoos of andere beschermende verpakking en stuur het retour naar onderstaand adres:

De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. Het risico van verlies, diefstal of beschadiging tijdens transport ligt bij de verzender, tot het moment dat de zending door Wifimedia is ontvangen.

Voeg bij de retourzending een kopie van de aankoopfactuur toe of vermeld duidelijk het bestelnummer, zodat wij de retour correct kunnen verwerken.

Na ontvangst van de retourzending zorgen wij ervoor dat het aankoopbedrag, inclusief eventuele door Wifimedia in rekening gebrachte verzendkosten, zo spoedig mogelijk wordt teruggestort. De terugbetaling vindt plaats via hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee de oorspronkelijke betaling is gedaan, tenzij anders met je is overeengekomen.
