The FIIO FG3 is an over-ear gaming headset that combines FIIO’s audio expertise with the needs of modern gamers. The FIIO FG3 features a coaxial dual dynamic driver system with a 50 mm driver for powerful bass and midrange and a separate 16 mm driver for high frequencies. This design creates a wide soundstage with extremely precise positioning, allowing subtle details such as footsteps, ambient sounds, and voice communication to be reproduced clearly and convincingly.

For optimal sound quality, the headset features a built-in DAC and a powerful headphone amplifier that supports audio signals up to 192 kHz / 24-bit. With an output power of up to 77 mW, both the finest details and explosive action scenes are reproduced faithfully, allowing players to pick up on every important audio detail.

A specially tuned virtual 7.1 surround sound system creates a spatial listening experience that provides extra immersion, especially when watching movies or playing action games. Explosions, passing vehicles, and ambient sounds are convincingly positioned all around the listener, contributing to an even more intense gaming and movie experience.

The detachable microphone features intelligent ENC noise cancellation, which effectively reduces background noises such as keyboard and mouse clicks. The browser-based FIIO Control WEB interface provides access to a wide range of settings without the need to install any additional software. Among other things, users can adjust a 10-band equalizer and save different sound profiles for a variety of applications.

In addition, the FIIO FG3 features several preset sound modes, including specific profiles for FPS, MOBA, and action games, as well as separate modes for music and movies. This tuning ensures that voices, sound effects, and ambient sounds are reproduced optimally for every situation.

Thanks to its support for USB-C, USB-A, and 3.5 mm connectors, the headset is highly versatile. The FIIO FG3 is compatible with Windows computers, smartphones, laptops, and popular game consoles such as PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The wired connection ensures extremely low latency, keeping video and audio perfectly in sync.
