The Advance Paris X-i75 integrated amplifier exceeds expectations with its remarkable design, especially given its price range. With a generously sized toroidal transformer, a dual-mono power amplifier, and a high-quality digital-to-analog converter featuring the Wolfson WM8740 DAC chip (24-bit/192 kHz), this amplifier also delivers a generous output of 2 x 75 watts into 8 ohms (2 x 110 watts into 4 ohms). The unique HIGH BIAS circuit

A key feature of the Advance Paris is the HIGH BIAS circuit, which allows the amplifier to operate as a Class A amplifier at lower power levels (up to approximately 10% of the total power), which is more than sufficient for normal use. When more power is required, the amplifier seamlessly switches to Class AB. Audiophiles appreciate the subtlety with which music is reproduced in Class A mode. The HIGH BIAS function can be turned on or off via a switch on the rear panel, allowing the user to determine which setting provides the best listening experience in combination with the connected speakers.

High-quality Bluetooth connection

The X-i75 features a smart innovation: a digital input for an optional Advance Paris X-FTB01 or X-FTB02 Bluetooth receiver. Unlike many other Bluetooth receivers, which are equipped with a relatively simple built-in DAC, the X-FTB01/02 establishes a direct connection (Direct Path) to the high-quality DAC in the amplifier itself. This allows you to enjoy the best possible sound quality when listening to music from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop/computer.

The Advance Paris X-i75 integrated amplifier offers extensive connectivity for both digital and analog sources. With 5 digital and 8 analog inputs, including an MM phono input for vinyl enthusiasts, there’s plenty of choice. For those who prefer a different preamplifier or an even more powerful power amplifier, or who want to incorporate the X-i75 into a surround sound setup with a surround receiver, the preamplifier and power amplifier can be separated using a relay controlled by the remote. There are also connections for a single pair of speakers and headphones.

Simple and practical operation

The X-i75 is equipped with AdvanceParis’s well-known and highly user-friendly single-button control. With this intuitive control, you can easily adjust the volume, select inputs (sources), control the bass and treble (with a ByPass option), set the loudness, and adjust the balance. An IR system remote control is also included as standard equipment.
