Violectric HPA V222

The Violectric HPA V222 is a new balanced headphone amplifier in the Violectric range. As a true balanced amplifier, it offers four output stages and not just balanced connection capabilities.

A further development of the multiple test winner HPA V200 and HPA V280, the headphone amplifier offers the incomparably natural and pleasing sound that made its predecessors famous.

Overview

The HPA V222 offers not only one of the most powerful headphone amplifiers on the market thanks to its special technology, but also:

  • Lowest noise - due to a very small internal gain. This makes the inherent noise of the amplifier inaudible.
  • High output voltage - due to 50 volt internal operating voltage. Therefore ideal for high-impedance headphones.
  • High output power - through powerful amplifiers capable of delivering far more power than even the most demanding headphones can use. Therefore ideally suited for low impedance headphones and also magnetostats.
  • High damping factor - thanks to the lowest output impedance. Ideal therefore for driving even the most difficult headphones interference-free, with the guarantee of an uncompromising frequency response.

Features

The rear line inputs can be selected with a switch on the front panel. The activated and buffered signal reaches the power amplifiers, which are a further development of the famous V200 circuitry, after the RK 27 volume control. Connect your headphones to the HPA V222 and enjoy a compact and great-sounding headphone amplifier with the famous natural, smooth yet precise Violectric sound.
