This powerful NAS features a Quad Core Intel Celeron processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz. The NAS is fitted with 4GB DDR4 RAM and gains 30% of performance compared to DDR3 memory. The NAS is equipped with two high-speed 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports. This allows the NAS single port read and write speeds of approximately 280 MB/s. With connection aggregation, read and write speeds up to 550 MB/s are achieved. This makes this Nimbustor 4 one of the fastest Intel-based NAS solutions available today.

This highly capable 2-bay NAS is suitable for the use with both 2.5- and 3.5-inch 6GB/s SATA3 drives and supports a single disk storage capacity up to 14TB. The drives can be slid in and out of the drive bays without tools using the included brackets. The NAS supports cRAID, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, JBOD and hot swapping. Furthermore, this Nimbustor 4 NAS supports AES 256-bit hardware encryption, Btrfs snapshots, SSD Cashing and e.g. EZ Sync. The NAS has three USB 3.2 Gen.1 ports of which 1 of these USB ports that supports One Touch Backup is conveniently located on the front panel. The ASUSTOR AS5304T features Flex Pass support and an HDMI2.0a port with 10-bit 4K hardware encoding that allows playback of 4K UltraHD HDR video streams from various third-party media players. The NAS utilizes HEVC decryption and VP9 10-bit Profile2 encryption to reduce CPU load. This makes this NAS perfect for streaming both highres audio and 4K UltraHD video content. Furthermore, the ADM 3.4 disk manager features the latest version of Takeasy which allows you to automatically download videos from Youtube and Twitch channels.
